OK it's raining. With a vengeance. The kind of rain for which even a true Seattleite would get out the old bumbershoot. We don't carry umbrellas around here. We just run from the car to the door, from the door back to the car. I most enjoy my attached garage. I can drive right into my house!

There are two naked dogs in my house.
Today was bath day. Diesel got to go to Magnuson and on the way back from the beach he decided to play chase with a Viszla. They disappeared down a little slope and Diesel came back brindle (If you don't know what that means, look up bull mastiffs somewhere on the web).http://www.akc.org/breeds/recbreeds/bullmast.cfm
I'm listening to Patty Griffin. I listen to her a few times almost every day. I just love her lyrics. She sings about love and pain. In the most beautiful way. Marco and I first heard her at our friends' house in Montana. Then Marco saw that she was playing at the Moore Theater so we went and fell in love with her. We went to Tower the next day and bought all 3 of her CDs.
We are going to 2 concerts at Benaroya over the next 2 weeks. Next week we will go to a violin recital, then Beck on the 30th. I don't know Beck's music, but Marco assures me he is a consummate performer.
I love that my dogs are clean.
