Mallet Head
Jax gave me whiplash yesterday. She is so exuberant that it is not uncommon for her to inadvertantly head-butt people and knock their glasses off their noses in her sheer excitement to see someone (This happened the first time Marco met my dad). Yesterday wasn't one of those occasions though. We had just finished walking the lake and I was bending down to help her into the back of the van (after two knee surgeries, her jumping legs aren't what they used to be), when she decided that she could do it herself. Either that or she was going to help me help her. Well, her skull collided with my chin, knocked my head back, sending all my neck muscles into spasm giving me an instant headache. All day today I felt out of it. My chin is blue.
She's also given me two free nosejobs.
